Still Dreaming, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the GoDu mobile application and the website trygodu.com (collectively, the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information that you provide directly to us and information that is automatically collected via the Bubble.io platform.

A. Information You Provide to Us:

Account Data: Name, email address, username, and profile picture.
User-Generated Content: Photos and videos uploaded as “Verification Selfies” to prove completion of Quests.
Business Data: If using the Business Portal, we collect business names, addresses, and experience details.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

Precise Geolocation: With your permission, we collect precise GPS data to show you nearby Quests and verify your presence at a Quest location.
Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

2. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION (SPI)

Under California law, your Precise Geolocation is considered Sensitive Personal Information. We only use this data to provide the core functionality of the Service (finding and verifying Quests). We do not use SPI to infer characteristics about you.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the GoDu experience.
Verify Quest completions and award virtual currency (Bucks/XP).
Moderate content to ensure a safe community (Human-in-the-Loop moderation).
Communicate with you about updates or support requests.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not "sell" your personal information for money. However, we share data with the following service providers to make the app work:

Bubble.io: Our application hosting and database provider.
Mapbox / Google Maps: To provide the interactive map and location services.
Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure storage of your photos and videos.
Other Users: Your username and public Quest completions may be visible to other users on the "Swipe" feed.

5. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

Right to Know: You may request a list of the personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information.
Right to Correct: You may request that we fix inaccurate information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sharing: You may request that we do not "share" your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Limit Use of SPI: You have the right to limit our use of your precise geolocation. However, disabling location will prevent the app from finding nearby Quests.

6. DATA RETENTION & ACCOUNT DELETION

We retain your data as long as your account is active.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time within the App Settings.
Effect of Deletion: Upon deletion, we remove your User profile and your personal "Bucket List" items from our active database. Some metadata may remain in encrypted logs for legal/security purposes for a limited time.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (18+ ONLY)

GoDu is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will terminate the account and delete all associated data immediately.

8. SECURITY

We use industry-standard security measures provided by the Bubble.io platform, including SSL encryption and database privacy rules, to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
